It feels kind of like the Army where they can call you back at any moment's notice....but this is even after you have left.What I am referring to is the O3 environment of course. I know of many ex-O3bers who left months ago and yet the management is still calling them and asking for their help which can be seen as getting free labour. I did my labour which I thought I was going to get paid for, but it turned out to be "free".
Is this how things are ending up? With so many key-employees having left, senior management is left to continue sticking their fingers and thumbs into the leaky dam that is O3 by continually calling the ex-staff even 3 to 4 months after they have left. Does not that show something is wrong with the way they handle HR and handing-over?
Since they treat us like the living dead when we are employed over there, should not they treat us like the dead dead when we have left? Stop recalling ur ex-zombies. Leave us alone!!!

I guess I'm more fortunate than you. I did not get called back to do "community service" at all. All that happened was my mobile ringing a couple of times months after I left with O3-bers on the other line asking me about design stuff when I did my time in the O3 (Sounds like doing jail time, eh?)
The thing about the Uberbaus-es are when they need you, they will be nice to you. If they dun need you. they'll shit on you and then flush u down the toilet. Most, if not all, of the time, it will NOT be the Uberbaus himself doing the calling, so he wun have to do the 'begging' himself! How typical!
Yes totally agree with the posting and "the blessed one"'s comment. Uberbaus-es still trying to squeeze some juices out of you for free.
I just found out that the Uberbaus and mini-boss lied to a partner about a potential work project and something that was communicated between them and a third-party.
Better still, it was discovered by the partner and the third-party (whom the partner wanted to hire but the bosses claimed they wanted him back. DOH. The person doesn't want to go back!!!) They should stop lying. Its so pathetic. I wonder what will happen now....
The Uberauses always does STUPID things. This usually happens to DESPERATE people. Desperate people usually does the stupidest things!
I wonder what became of the "Uberbaus hitting new female employee" incident. I wonder if the authorities did anything about it.
