O3 rules are that everything must be done NOW.(1) Decisions must be made NOW (of course O3 bosses have all the right to change their decisive minds when ever necessary).
(2) If the party able to help or is responsible is not physically present, call them NOW so number (1) can be followed.
(3) Learning the use of new programs, equipments and machinery must be learnt NOW and over a span of a few hours to a maximum of 3 days. Anything longer than that makes the employee's competencies questionable.
(4) Handing over of projects no matter how large can be done in 1 day or less and NOW. If there is bad handing over it will be the fault of the handee and not the hand-or.
(5) All questions must be answered NOW. Any hesitation will be deemed a signal of the staff's stupidity and ignorance.
